About Brianna

My passion lies in helping others live better longer through movement, nourishment and recovery. My approach is about cultivating empowerment and holistic well-being.

I’ve been a leading fitness instructor in Dallas & Atlanta for 20 years. I’ve completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, a 200 hour barre certification, I teaches Lagree Pilates, & I am a Certified Health Coach through Wellcoaches.

I love teaching and sharing my passion for a healthy mind and body through movement. My goal in teaching is that everyone leave feeling better than they did when they arrived: empowered, confident, accomplished and strong.

To Keep a balanced, fit, healthy mind and body, I believe in these four cornerstones: strength, flexibility, stability and mobility.

I have dedicated my professional life to empowering individuals through health and well-being to live a sustainable life.

Movement is my medicine! I live in Atlanta with my partner, Tiffany, and our two dogs; Rugby and Sirius. When I’m not working, I’m cooking, traveling, playing outside or drinking coffee.

Her voice and choice of words — those are a few of the reasons I really enjoy doing yoga with Brianna. For many years, I've practiced with her at Exhale and through virtual private sessions, because Bri's style is calming, yet challenging. I know that I will push myself to my edge physically and mentally when Bri is leading a class. For me, that's the perfect balance, and that's why I always try to practice yoga with Bri at least once a week.
